Privacy Policy

This policy covers the A4APPLE mobile app and optional parent-support emails about the app. This page is published online so parents can read the policy; A4APPLE does not offer a web-based learning service.

1. Who is responsible

A4APPLE is provided by Mohzin ("we", "us"). For privacy questions, contact mohammedmohzin111@gmail.com. Postal contact: 673638, India.

2. Information handled on the device

The app stores the following in its local app storage so that a child can return to their activity:

• Letter progress, completion stars and unlocked letters.
• Artwork: selected region colors, drawing points, stroke colors, brush widths and eraser information.
• Preferences such as narration voice, voice on/off, tracing assistance and reduced motion.

Live tracing gestures are processed to show the stroke and check the learning path. The app does not upload these gestures or create a handwriting-accuracy assessment or biometric profile. We cannot retrieve locally saved progress or artwork from our servers because there is no app server storing it.

3. Information the app does not request

The A4APPLE app does not collect, store or transmit IP addresses.

A4APPLE does not ask children for their name, date of birth, email, address, contacts or school. It does not record microphone input, take photographs, request location, or access advertising identifiers. The voices are bundled audio files, including a synthetic childlike style; they are not recordings of the child. No voice input is sent to an AI or speech service.

There is no in-app chat, user account, advertising, behavioral profiling, purchase flow or developer-operated analytics/crash-reporting service in this version. We do not sell or rent children’s information.

4. Exporting artwork

Behind the grown-ups gate, a parent can select a picture to export as a PNG. The app creates a temporary image file and opens the operating system’s share interface. Nothing is sent to us. If you choose another app, recipient or cloud destination, that destination receives the file and handles it under its own policies. Avoid adding personal details to artwork you plan to share.

Deleting a picture or resetting A4APPLE does not delete copies already saved or shared elsewhere. Delete those copies separately in their destination apps or services.

5. Device backups and platform services

We do not provide cloud accounts or cloud synchronization. However, the operating system or device manufacturer may back up or transfer local app data according to device settings and its own policies. Manage backups through your device or platform account settings. App stores and device operating systems may separately process installation, diagnostics or account information under their policies; we do not control those independent services.

6. Optional parent support

If a parent emails us about A4APPLE, we receive the email address and the information voluntarily included in the message, solely to respond, resolve the request and maintain necessary support records. Contacting support is optional and is not required for a child to use the app. Do not send children’s personal information. Our support mailbox provider is Gmail (Google). We retain support correspondence for up to 90 days after resolving the request, then delete it from our mailbox, including Trash, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

7. Children’s privacy and the grown-ups gate

The app is designed for young children to use with a parent or guardian. It does not require a child to submit personal information to use the learning activities. Adult settings and artwork export are protected by a simple arithmetic gate. That gate is a usability safeguard, not identity verification or legally verified parental consent.

If you believe personal information about a child has been provided to us in a support message, contact us so that we can investigate and delete it as appropriate. We will not ask for more information than reasonably necessary to address a request. Any future feature that collects children’s personal information would require a fresh privacy review and any notices or parental consent required by applicable law before collection begins.

8. Retention, deletion and parent choices

Local progress and artwork remain until you reset the app’s progress, clear its storage through device settings, or uninstall it, subject to any platform backup/restore behavior. Open the app’s grown-ups area, answer the parent question, then choose Reset all progress and confirm to remove stored stars and artwork. This does not reset all preferences. Clearing app storage also removes local preferences and temporary files.

Temporary export images may remain in the app cache until the operating system clears them or app storage is cleared. Previously exported files and backups must be removed separately. There is no app account to delete.

You can turn narration off or change its voice, change tracing assistance, and select reduced motion in the grown-ups settings. For personal information held in parent support correspondence, you may request access, correction or deletion, and other rights available under the law that applies to you, by contacting us. We cannot identify or access a child’s local app storage remotely.

9. Security

The app uses the operating system’s app storage protections. The adult gate does not encrypt stored artwork or protect an unlocked device from another user. Keep your device secured. No storage or communication system can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Changes and contact

We will update this policy when the app’s practices change and revise the effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Questions about privacy or deletion can be sent to mohammedmohzin111@gmail.com.
