Terms & Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms describe use of A4APPLE, provided by Mohzin, at 673638, India. They are directed to the parent or legal guardian who chooses the app for a child, not to the child as an independent contracting party. Contact: mohammedmohzin111@gmail.com.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app. Nothing here removes rights or protections that applicable consumer or other law does not allow us to exclude. App-store terms also govern downloading the app from that store.

2. What the app provides

A4APPLE offers English uppercase-letter tracing, coloring, artwork animation and local progress stars for young children. The core experience operates offline after installation. There are no in-app ads, subscriptions, purchases or user accounts in this version.

The app is a playful educational activity, not professional teaching, therapy, diagnosis or an assessment of a child’s development or handwriting ability. We do not promise a particular learning result. Narration is synthetic English audio; the childlike voice is not a recording of a child. The current app teaches letter names and example words, not a reviewed isolated-phonics course.

3. Parent supervision and device use

Please choose activities appropriate for your child, supervise device use, set a comfortable volume, and encourage breaks. A grown-ups gate protects settings and artwork export, but it does not replace adult supervision or device security. You are responsible for choices to save or share artwork outside the app.

4. Permission to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to install and use the app for lawful learning and family use, subject to these terms and the relevant app-store rules. You may not redistribute or sell the app as your own, misrepresent its origin, infringe another person’s rights, or use it unlawfully. Rights that applicable law gives you, including any permitted interoperability or accessibility rights, are not restricted by this paragraph.

5. Artwork and intellectual property

The app’s code, branding, guide illustrations and other bundled materials are owned by us or their respective licensors. Open-source and third-party licenses continue to apply to their components. We do not claim ownership of your or your child’s original contributions to a drawing. You may keep and share exported artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes, including its underlying A4APPLE guide illustration. Contact us about other uses of bundled artwork or branding.

Exporting a picture does not transfer ownership of the app or its original guide illustrations. Do not include another person’s personal information or material you are not permitted to share.

6. Local saves and exports

Progress and artwork are stored on your device. There is no developer-operated cloud account or recovery service. Resetting progress, clearing storage, uninstalling, device failure or changes to platform backups may result in lost saves. We cannot restore local files that we do not possess. Export pictures you want to keep. Sharing uses other apps or services selected by you, and their terms and privacy practices apply to those services.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains local data, device backups, artwork export and parent support requests. The app does not require a child to submit personal information to us. These terms do not authorize collection of children’s personal information or replace consent required by law.

8. Updates and availability

We may provide fixes or changes and may stop supporting a version or platform, subject to applicable law. Features and compatibility can depend on the device and operating system. We will describe material changes where required. We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted or free of errors.

9. Responsibility and consumer rights

Use the app only for its intended educational and creative activities. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not make additional guarantees beyond those expressly described in these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility where doing so would be unlawful, including mandatory consumer guarantees or liability that cannot legally be excluded. We do not require a child to indemnify us, waive legal rights, or agree to mandatory arbitration.

10. Ending use, changes and questions

You can stop using and uninstall the app at any time. Review the privacy policy for deletion of local information and previously shared files. We may revise these terms for future versions, showing the effective date and providing notice where required. Changes do not remove accrued rights or override mandatory law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

For support or questions, contact mohammedmohzin111@gmail.com. The laws and courts that mandatorily protect you as a consumer remain available; these terms do not impose a foreign jurisdiction or exclusive dispute venue.
